Two young men, 17 and 24, were detained by Romania’s DIICOT during raids in the town of Cenei, Timiș County. Police seized more than 100 grams of cannabis, which investigators say was supplied by the 24‑year‑old to minors who allegedly used or distributed the drug to a group of adolescents involved in the murder of Mario Berinde. The arrests follow a broader inquiry into drug links to the killing.
