Bucharest Council to Vote on Demolition of Parliament Palace Fence in Urban Renewal Plan

Bucharest’s General City Council is set to vote on January 29, 2026 on an urban regeneration project that would demolish the fence surrounding the Parliament Palace. The plan covers Arsenal Hill and the former Uranus neighbourhood, proposing the removal
