Minnesota judge orders ICE director to appear in court over unmet orders

Minnesota federal judge Patrick Schiltz has ordered interim ICE director Todd Lyons to testify before the court Friday. The order follows claims that ICE failed to provide detainees a hearing for bail within the time limits set by the judge.
