STB driver Nicolae Barbu rescued an 11‑year‑old boy, Gheorghe Trifu, who had been reported missing in Bucharest. While driving line 90 from Grădina Cișmigiu, Barbu noticed the boy alone and offered him a seat. At Rosetti Square a RO‑Alert message about the missing child appeared. Barbu immediately called 112; police arrived within minutes, secured the vehicle and safely took the boy to authorities. The boy was unharmed and reunited with his family. The incident highlights the role of ordinary citizens in child‑disappearance cases.
