In a recent INSCOP poll, Romanians have ranked their priorities for the national administration in 2026. The top five demands - each with a similar share of the vote - are: raising incomes, creating jobs, ending the Ukraine war, stabilising prices and reducing inflation, and fighting corruption. AUR supporters lean towards job creation, older voters favour peace in Ukraine, and city dwellers focus on anti‑corruption. Other concerns include improving healthcare (10.3 %), education (7.7 %) and public safety (1.6 %). The survey reflects a broad consensus on economic and security issues facing the country.
