Romania issues weather warnings for strong wind, fog and hail across 15 counties. Dense fog is expected in Dolj, Mehedinți, Bacău, Neamț, Vrancea, Galați and Vaslui, with possible ice pellets. Drivers are urged to reduce speed and exercise caution. The traffic update is in force until 11 am, with the most severe conditions lasting up to six hours.
