A district police officer in Wejherowo, Poland, Bartłomiej Pipka, recorded a record 195 arrests in 2025, surpassing his own 145‑arrest record from 2024. Since 2022 he has participated in 567 arrests and has already logged six arrests early in 2026. Pipka says his success stems from local knowledge and a photographic memory, but he stresses the collective effort of the police force. Fellow officer Michał Wójcik praised Pipka’s productivity, noting that working his shift always guarantees a busy day.
