The slowest urban centres are Barranquilla (Colombia), London (UK) and Bengaluru (India). Mexico City tops the congestion list, followed by Bengaluru and Dublin. Cities with the greatest slow‑down include Salto (Uruguay), Syracuse, Minneapolis and San Francisco (USA) and Innsbruck (Austria). The data underline the mounting challenge of managing urban traffic worldwide.
