Britain opens a new photo exhibition called "Question the status quo!" that showcases the lives of queer immigrants living in the UK. The series, shot by London‑based photographer Asafe Ghalib, includes portraits of people from diverse backgrounds who identify as LGBTQIA+. The project is part of a broader effort to give visibility to a community that has historically been marginalized. The exhibition features work from several artists, including Otamere Guobadia, Radam Ridwan, Fabijus Monroe and Shahar Mizrahi, each of whom highlights themes of resilience, belonging and the power of personal narrative. The photos are displayed across London and are available for purchase through The New Press, allowing viewers to engage with the stories of these immigrants and reflect on the broader conversation around identity and inclusion in Britain.
