The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MADR) has published new tariff rates for removing agricultural land from the agricultural circuit in 2026, effective until 31 December. The rates, indexed to the 7.3 % inflation rate announced by the National Institute of Statistics, are higher than last year’s figures. The ordinance, issued in the Official Monitor, requires the removal before any construction on extraterritorial land. Fees vary by land quality class, from 4.29 lei per square metre for class I to 2.68 lei for class V.
